Disc Dog demonstrations will be provided by Olympic Disc Dogs and Washington Owners of Flying Disc Dogs.
Disc Dog is an organized canine sport that almost any breed can participate in where dogs and their human disc
throwers compete in events such as distance catching and somewhat choreographed freestyle catching.

Flyball demonstrations will be provided by Jet City Jumpers Flyball Club and Seattle FlyDogs.  Flyball competition
consists of races between two teams of four dogs each, racing side by side over a 51 foot long course. Each team's
racing lane consists of 4 jumps spaced at 10 foot intervals.  The Flyball box releases a tennis ball at the dog after he/she
pushes a panel on the front of the box. Each dog must run in relay fashion down the jumps, release the ball, retrieve the
ball and return over the jumps.  The next dog is released to run as soon as the previous dog crosses the start/finish line.

Teach Your Dog to Find:  Dogs have excellent noses and are capable of sniffing out most anything.  Any dog who likes
to use its nose and is food or toy motivated can be taught to find items such as your keys, cell phone, remote control, their
toys, or whatever you want.  This presentation shows you the steps to get your dog started on the find it game and how to
continue the training at home.  This is a fun way to advance your dogs obedience that both you and your dog will enjoy.

Contests and Games are open for all to join in.  There will be prizes for the winners.  All dogs must be on leash!

Agility Arena

Saturday and Sunday
The Agility Arena will showcase the competitive canine sport of Agility where a human handler guides a dog through an
obstacle course including wickets, tubes, hurdles and inclined ramps.  Robin Grannell of the Canine Behavior Center
will conduct demonstrations throughout both Saturday and Sunday.  Would you like to give Agility a try?  Robin will be
available between demonstrations to provide guidance.
